1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

2. Content Removal

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, Mediavindex reserves the right to remove or disable access to the infringing material without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

3. Repeat Infringers

Mediavindex will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the required information under the DMCA.
